"Pretty easy overall, right?"
The whole process was simple and didn’t take too long. A couple parts were a little unclear, though, so I had to go back and double-check a few things just to make sure I was doing it right. I feel like that’s understandable, right?

Most of the order was right, so I can’t complain too much, but one item was wrong, which was annoying. I mean, it wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s still frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get something else. Overall it was okay, just kind of disappointing because that one mistake really stood out.

"Billing was okay, but a little confusing"
My experience with billing on cmlf.com was alright overall. The payment went through without any issues, but the invoice details weren’t very clear at first, so I ended up checking everything twice. Like, why was it laid out that way?? Support did get back to me, just not very quickly. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the billing section could definitely be easier to understand

The prices are kinda fair, so I can’t really complain too much there. But it’s frustrating when you notice all these little policy loopholes that make things less straightforward than they should be. It feels like the price looks good at first, then the fine print starts getting in the way.

"Decent, but a little clunky"
I used cmlf and it was mostly fine for what I needed. I don’t know why, but the site just didn’t feel that smooth to use in a few places. Some sections were a bit confusing, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected to find what I was looking for. Overall, I’m not unhappy with it, but I’m not super impressed either. It gets the basics done, but I think it could be clearer and easier to navigate.

"It’s okay, but don’t expect fast help"
It worked fine enough, so I can’t say it was terrible or anything. But it wasn’t exactly impressive either. The most frustrating part was how slow it was to get help when I needed it. Like, if you’re going to offer support, at least make it reasonably quick. I’d maybe recommend it to someone who doesn’t mind waiting around, but if you need fast answers, I’d probably look somewhere else.

I did end up getting my refund. It just took maybe a couple extra days longer than I expected, but everything worked out in the end.
